Glad to connect with everybody. I just got my license on Saturday, been in the industry for just over two years and have been personal assistant to a consistent, No1 Agent for the last 12 months. Learnt heaps with her and I continue to, I’ve been working my backside off with 13hr shifts when we’re really busy Lol. She’s just brought up the idea of putting me on as 2nd agent with most of her listings considering how hard I’ve been working. For those of you who have gone from personal assistant to agent, is this a similar transitional path that you went on? I’m really looking forward to July as she will go on Holidays for 3 weeks so it’s an opportunity for me to door knock and prospect full time instead of doing paperwork for her current listings… hopefully I can get some solid leads for her and I to list in the spring 😄 Also, stay off the west side!

Had an amazing week last week door knocked for 3 hours, followed the script got 4 appraisal meetings, 2 possible listing in June ☺️
