What do we do with the response letters that we receive from the bureaus? Do I need to upload them and, if so, where do I do that? I didn't see an option to do it in the portal.

I messaged the woman I believe is in charge of the credit repair section, the day before yesterday. However, I'm not sure whom to reach out to next. Does anyone have any tips or advice?
