Yet what I do next will determine the outcome. I have tried to "whip myself into shape" The flesh never sanctifies the flesh. This tactic made me a ethier proud or aloof, delighted or despairing. I have tried to forget the mirror -- I have tried to avoid long look in the mirror. What I have come to is I have to live in reality. 1. This life is temporary 2.
