Yet what I do next will determine the outcome. I have tried to "whip myself into shape" The flesh never sanctifies the flesh. This tactic made me a ethier proud or aloof, delighted or despairing. I have tried to forget the mirror -- I have tried to avoid long look in the mirror. What I have come to is I have to live in reality. 1. This life is temporary 2. I am intended to live differently but sin got a hold on me and disrupted the design. 3. There is a WAR and my heart and soul is a battlefield. 4.I have no natural power to win long term campaigns. 5. I MUST come to Jesus and surrender daily, hour by hour, moment by moment. 6. Looking to Jesus and yielding to His spirit will bring victory. 7.
