@Corden Coulter let's go!!
Day 1 Homework
Day 1 — Struggles & Wins (get real) 5 Struggles - I grew up overweight and was known as the “fat kid”. I struggled for over a decade with low confidence in myself. I remember as a kid  wearing shirts to the beach and pool so I didn't have to look at myself.  - I am impatient with my family and friends. It doesn't take much for someone close to me to piss me off and make me say or do irrational things.  - I have lived a life of crime since I was a teenager. From Graffiti to drugs & alcohol. I've been arrested 4 times and each time I always wonder why I put myself in those situations. - I've always question my purpose in life. I never had any direction, motivation, or discipline to be anything better then just an average Joe. - I have the weight of my entire household on my shoulders right now, my mom is jobless and not in the best shape. Sometimes I worry about if she will find a job and what our future holds in store for us. ______________________________________ 5 Contrasting Wins: - Confidence: I've lost over 55lbs of fat since I started my journey. I can  walk around in public shirtless, this may seem ego driven but it's not. I have realized my body is a temple.  - Patience: I recently started a fitness program for my mom and that helps me understand everyone's needs are different. I've learned to appreciate all aspects of life. Especially things that require a long time to master or learn. - Resilience: I've learned to choose discipline over excuses. Staying locked in on my fitness, sobriety, and continuing to strive towards my goals. I don't let my past define who I am, how I respond to hardships does. - Discipline: I have taught myself that I can do anything I set my mind to. If I want it all I have to do is work towards it daily.  - Finances: Worrying about money is pointless. Instead you should worry about the things you can control and change in your life and the money will follow. Chase your dreams not paper bills. ______________________________________

"say it exactly the way it happened" is the best advice here - I had the same issue and didn't want to be specific and honestly couldn't even really separate out multiple multiple stories from each other to the point that they were a blur and my posts would come out like this. Talk about one specific instance, one story, the way it happened.
Day 3 Homework
Emotion to Evoke: Curiosity through fear of death. Hook: I thought I was dying but I was actually being reborn. Slide 2: I woke up in an ambulance after eating a heroic dose of mushrooms. That day changed my life forever. Slide 3: What began as a trip quickly became the most terrifying experience of my life. During the peak, I lost consciousness. The next thing I remember was waking up in an ambulance on the way to the hospital. Slide 4: Lying there, I thought my life was over. But what was really ending wasn’t my life. It was the version of me hiding behind weed, alcohol, and self-destruction. Slide 5: That experience forced me to look at myself honestly. The path I was on. The choices I was making. The person I was becoming. And I hated what I saw. Slide 6: The hospital wasn’t where my story ended. It was where a new profound chapter began. That experience became the foundation for my sobriety, and taking back ownership of my life. Sometimes rock bottom becomes the base you build on.
