The shower I did this morning, and it's very regulating for me (it's cold in my bathroom after I get out of the shower, so I think that counts, right?. 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: I felt more energized after eating an egg breakfast first thing in the morning 🔁 I decided to (not) close my open loop: I've closed so many in this challenge that I know it won't be closed by tomorrow. 💭 And it made me feel: excited (body, mind), hopeful, optimistic, elated (emotionally) 🤯 What surprised me: I really need my protein in the morning. I used to drink a probiotic strawberry protein shake from DanActive, and it really helped me be my best self. I'll have to look for it on Amazon, because they don't have it at Tom Thumb where my family usually gets our groceries.
