I used AI to replace me. Never. Again.
(Reposted from Wins) I thought I had something great yesterday- I thought I replaced my scriptwriting job with AI. But instead, it turned into a learning moment about my capabilities. Essentially, what my client said was that the AI (Claude Sonnet 4.6) did a piss poor job. Now, after I got the message, I licked my wounds for a bit, being down and out about how I would get it done without AI writing. But then I did some thinking- the client said my previous script was really good, but that this one was off. That’s when I realized that everyone that’s extremely against AI was right- - I *did* use AI to write that because I doubted my capabilities as a human being. - I *was* LARPing as a scriptwriter by using AI to do my work for me. And this was a learning moment, because now I *know* I’m good at writing scripts. I’m confident in my capabilities, and my irreplaceability. I just needed a measuring stick to see how good I really was.

📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: Environment 🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: I felt a lot calmer after getting my review of the 5 day challenge out here in the open. I did the shower this morning, and it's very regulating for me (the air is cold in my bathroom after I get out of the shower, so I think that counts, right?. 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: I felt more energized after eating a protein-rich breakfast first thing in the morning 🔁 I decided to (not) close my open loop because: I've closed so many in this challenge that I know it'll be closed by tomorrow. 💭 And it made me feel: excited (body, mind), hopeful, optimistic, elated (emotionally) 🤯 What surprised me: I really need my protein in the morning. I used to drink a probiotic strawberry protein shake from DanActive, and it really helped me be my best self. I'll have to look for it on Amazon, because they don't have it at Tom Thumb where my family usually gets our groceries.

I have both Autism and ADHD. Here's my experience so far:
@Jim Ebbelaar: Whatever crack cocaine you put into this challenge is absolutely working, and is definitely applicable to more neurotypes than *just* ADHD in the clinical sense. Proof: I've finished 2 open loops this week: 1. Contacting my client about an extension 2. Writing the script for said client. I was intending for each of them, in that order, to be the open loop I finish for the challenge. After day 3, I: - somehow did most of the morning launch protocol without having even known about it - was on time and activated for the entire day, - entirely automated my own scriptwriting gig with Claude's free plan (Projects and custom writing styles) and the deep research and custom GPTs features from ChatGPT. Needless to say, this has probably been the most outwardly productive 4 day stretch of my entire life, and I've been struggling with both Autism *and* ADHD for 22 years; and, if all goes well, no longer counting. And that's not even mentioning the breakthroughs from the deep questions. I've yet to complete the final 3 deep questions as of writing this. I'm certain I'll have MOST, if not all of my mind laid to bare before me, and I'm perfectly fine with that.
