@Noah Laisné I would try something local since you have direct access to pet owners and can talk to them every day as your “unfair advantage”. Start asking customers about things they want. Maybe they don’t have access to in their area, or what things do they often complain about? Read a book called “The Mom Test” to learn how to have productive customer conversations and you will find a validated and winning idea directly from your current network.

@Ava Charlotte started using it as a brainstorming and research tool. Now it’s more of a personal assistant and data entry role. Probably will promote it to content and customer support when the time is right.

@Shiv pratap Singh I started my idea last year! Although I do have a list of about 20 other businesses in a list that are new and could be fun. Anyone else keep a list like this?
