Any Midwest Investors Want to Connect?
Hi all, been in the MFS mentorship for about a month. I am currently in negotiations for a 12 unit in the KC area. I am still figuring out a strategy for bringing on equity partners on deals in the MW where cash flow is typically higher & equity growth is limited.
