Hey Sacred Reset family! You may have just seen an email from me hit your inbox. I wanted to share this more personal note with you... because you know the depth of what we created together here. I've been sitting with everything that happened during those 3 days. The breakthroughs. The tears. The "GodGrowUS" mini-miracle. The prayers. All of the testimonials: Isabelle's son, Teresa's husband, and almost 20 more. The 333 of us from around the world who joined, and about 60 of us who came in for the livestreams. And in this, I've been inspired to keep going. (Despite my fears of stepping into the unknown... how could I not? ☺️ Especially with new friends like you + what we shared.) So for the last couple weeks I've been creating something new from this seed we all planted. Here's what's unfolding: A larger vision, and ongoing. For not only fasting events – though fasting will continue to be part of it – but with a deeper variety of events and pathways, a new community podcast, and more guest facilitators to support our remembrance, healing and growth... together. Combining the practical and spiritual; the ancient and present; the personal and collective. Intending the most potent support for you to bring forward your best life and creation. The dream behind this has been on my heart to create... for years. At times I have felt like Jonah, no joke. 😄 But, it's time now. And this Sunday at 10am PT / 1pm ET, we're doing a livestream to reveal it all. The vision. The elements. How it will look going forward. And how you can be part of it from the very beginning. Wow. What a transformational 3+ days we shared. This prayer arose and I felt to share with you: "I am made of salt and made of light. Both are holy. Neither is a mistake. Yeshua called me as both. What was given to me by blood & ancestry: I receive. What was carried before this lifetime: I acknowledge. What was wounded in the misuse of power: I bring to the light. I do not ask to escape my earthen salt. I ask only that it be illumined. Let the two become one. Let the eye be single. Let what was broken in me become the doorway. Abwoon - breathing ground of all being - Breathe into the place where I am most afraid, Breathe through the solar plexus, Breathe across the threshold I have not yet crossed. I am enough to receive. I am safe to be seen. I Am. As within, so without. As above, so below. Let it be so." ___ This whole week has involved a fair amount of inner wrestling, after an initiation - as I move through what feels like an ongoing container wanting to emerge, as an original expression. The presence and generosity in spirit of everyone here means more than you might know. At moments I've felt very alone (like yesterday), though held within a greater trust that I think is co-created and supported by us having come together. The fact that we can authentically relate is like, an actual hug, one which I didn't know how much I needed. I've also felt drawn toward karmic healing in the area of ancestors and past lives. Woke up with this yesterday. Something beyond-time is opening up - it feels - like more of a tangible possibility to actually create a new story for our children and world. And how luminaries like Steiner, Cayce & others have tapped so deeply into these areas as guides for us. And, it's like somehow God is making this more possible now. Today, insight arrived about being in two parts — meeting at the solar plexus. More opportunity and calling to actually integrate. The eye becoming single. The seed of our embodied authority to heal beyond time.

Something profound happened here over the past few days. And it was very special to do it in this group... I felt it too. Before I share what's coming next, I want to hear from you first. → What shifted for you during the Sacred Reset? → What do you want more of? (fasting experience, community, spiritual practice, specific podcast guests/facilitators, something else entirely – all welcome) Your voice is shaping what gets built next – and what's coming holds much more than these 3 days hinted at. What we experienced together over these 4-5 days was, at times, very elevated... biochemically, emotionally, spiritually. Our nervous systems were in a peak state. For as high as we've been, it's completely normal to feel a corresponding low in the days that follow. This is part of the process, not a sign that something went wrong. You are held. What you accomplished will bless and expand you in ways that will become clearer with time. (Thank you @Elle Smith for your reflection to me on this.) So in addition to your feedback and vision/ideas, I'd love to hear how you're feeling at this time. 🙏
