Please post your reply & share: + where you're from + what your intention is with this fast + and optionally something you'd like support / reflection / prayer for. I'm in North Idaho (born and raised near Vancouver BC). My intentions are 1) to step into my higher timeline while practicing discipline, and 2) to see divine release of blessing and true freedom for everyone here to the maximum extent. I'd love prayer for opening my spiritual vision and abundance. 🙏🏼🧡

I'm in England. This will be my first fast beyond time restricted fasting of around 16 hours. I was watching a set of webinars last weekend about fasting and felt inspired. The host mentioned that comfort inhibits our growth so this came up at just the right time to push me out of my comfort zone. In view of the time zones and me being ahead by 8 hours, would you suggest I delay the fast by a day so I'm not totally out of my depth.
