Also a Challenge I'm Facing as a Startup Founder 🚀 Alongside my job, I've built Yauzai Safar, a carpooling platform. I have WhatsApp and Facebook communities where an estimated 10,000 to 15,000 people commute daily, but my app has only around 30 downloads so far. How would you convert an existing community into active app users? I'd appreciate advice from anyone who has experience growing startups or marketplace businesses!
