Hi everyone, I'm Ivonne. I live in Australia and am looking to start a health and fitness channel for women over 40 (or 35). I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach who's mission is to get women stronger and feeling confident in a body they love, for what it can do and not just how it looks. I've been meaning to start a YT channel for years and finally feel ready. The aim is to have it launched and underway by end of Q1 2026 (March). I'm here to learn and share what I'm learning, as well as have a community of like-minded people with the common goal of starting and growing on YouTube.
