US Voice Agent market question
Hi! Have anyone had great success with AI Receptionists in the US market? Would love to jump on a call with someone who has experience selling in that space. Thanks!

❗️The GDPR question
One thing on my mind after yesterday's AI operating system presentation: GDPR. Since Claude currently only has data residency in the US, it becomes a real blocker for a LOT of workflows over here. The moment Claude touches a meeting, customer info, or anything else covered by GDPR, you're potentially looking at a breach. Given how much weight those regulations carry now, that's a pretty significant limitation for European use cases. Is anyone else in the EU running into the same issue? Curious how others are thinking about it.

@Ulrich Walter Right, I just don't see this working as a product in the EU as long as Anthropic doesn't allow EU servers (which a company with $1T in secondary marked value should). Thank you for your insight and comment.
Potential large customer - help
Hey! So we just had an in-person meeting w/ a large business interested in an AI audit with us, and they want implementations too, but they aren't sold on the fact that we are professionals that reaally knows this stuff (I do). So we are creating a demo for an E-mail support agent and sending that over. But (1)how much do you show and explain so you show your expertise but don't give away the "sauce"? (2)And how much do you usually charge for a service like an E-mail agent for example? They have 600 clients (B2B), and have a large support team, yes the value is crazy - BUT they already have a few guys in the business working on getting better with AI. So we need to price ourselves and justify ourselves enough for them not to just wait for the internal members to become proficient enough to do it themselves. Looking forward to hearing from you all, and thank you so much.
Monstr -> ?
Looking for some honest feedback on a branding decision. We started our agency, Monstr, about three months ago. So far we've worked with around 10 clients — mostly small, mostly free — to gather feedback and build early social proof. Last week we presented to 30 business owners and walked away with three leads. Three people in the room also asked us to come back and do more exclusive presentations for their networks, and we've got another talk lined up next month in front of roughly 30 business leaders. It feels like we're starting to build real momentum. Here's where I'm stuck. The original positioning was deliberately raw and edgy — the name Monstr was meant to lean into that. I think it's part of why we're getting traction. But some of the companies now showing interest have 300–400 employees. They're serious, established businesses, and the edgy vibe starts to feel mismatched — like the brand isn't quite serving the customer we're actually winning. So the question: do I keep Monstr and trust that the edge is part of the appeal? Or do I rebrand now — while we're still small — to something more premium that better fits the clients we're attracting? Genuinely torn on this. Happy to get pushback if you think I'm overthinking it. Thanks in advance.

Any success with voice agents?
Hi! - Wondering if any of you have been going hard in the Voice agent space, and how you sell them in? I've made a great voice agent that functions perfectly honestly, and am considering running it out for home service businesses as a backup if they cant reach the phone/ is after working hours. Thoughts?

Thats awesome man, thanks a lot for all of this! @Adrian Neely So you do cold-call as the primary outreach method? Love the angle, and super simple to create! I'm using RetellAI due to its capabilities on other languages than english. Currently this is what my agent does: - Captures number (automatically from caller) - Captures name - Captures what they want (quotas and so on) - Location (not address specific due to the AI often messing up there, but more like places in cities). - Configured it so it understand "dialect" specific pronounciations of the locations in said city. Then I made a VERY simple companion app where the business get notifications when the AI caller is finished with only the necessary info (as mentioned above), and a "CALL NOW" Button. If you have any suggestions to make it even better that would absolutely be great. You mentioned the fee for $5-700, do you think that is a better model than a small retainer + a "AI call fee" for every call taken by the AI? Reason being that Norwegian are sooo skeptical and difficult when it has anything to do with money, so it might lower the bar (more volume = we both win). - Its an open question though since I have no idea, just been thinking, haha. Thanks a million again, your comment made my day.
