Dividen withholding (SMLLC, MMLLC, Foreign Corp Owned.)
Hi, I'm a trader. I've watched the latest video regarding brokers and having a brokerage account with a Single member LLC, Multi member LLC, and Foreign Corp Owned (Panama company) but I'm a bit confused when it comes to dividen withholding, please clarify if you can.. Are all of those options (SMLLC, MMLLC, and Foreign Corp Owned) subject to Dividen withholding from the IRS, and if so, is the withholding rate based on your country of residency? And How does that apply in the case of having a brokerage account under the Foreign Corp Owned if it's a Panamanian company that owns the LLC? Thanks in advance.

@James Baker Hi James, so there is no real benefit for non-us residents to trade the stock market under an US entity? Being a non-us resident with the W-8 BEN form gives you the benefit of not paying taxes in USA
