I would also like to add that for the "bullet point" part of the work experience I think it would help if developers would actually write more and do some kind of journaling on the features/bug fixes they did while working on the various work projects. You could read the entries later and filter out the most specific and interesting ones to highlight in the CV and in your interviews. Disclaimer: I still don't do this πŸ˜‚ (but I see the need as I forget a lot of things I've done in the past)
⚠️ Which Learning Modules should we release first? ⚠️
Hey future Senior Devs, @Bogdan Nedelcu and I are working on the new modules in the Classroom and wondered how to prioritize things. Which one do you want us to release first? 1. Framework Mastery (Frontend) 2. Full-stack Thinking 3. Data Structures & Algorithms 4. Mental Models 5. Software Architecture P.S. Is there anything else that you are missing and would like to see? Comment below.

the order in which they are listed is the most logical one.. everything builds on top of the previous thing imo :)
πŸ†˜ What do you need more of our help with? πŸ†˜
Opening the thread for @Bogdan Nedelcu and me to know where to head the content and the community. Pick one of the options, or if is something else, drop it in the comments: 1. Getting Interviews (Selling yourself, CV, LinkedIn) 2. Passing Interviews (Take Home Challenges, Live Coding, System Design) 3. HR Interviews/Negotiation 4. Skill gap to Senior (Fundamentals, big picture view) 5. Mindset & Habits 6. Career Planning 7. AI and future trends Anything else, comment below...

Dream Companies
I'd like to know if anyone has a dream company or companies that they would love to work for. We're turning off rejection, salary caps and emotional damage for this game. Who would you choose?

Few years ago, when I was starting, Basecamp sounded too good to be true.. 4 day work week, great salaries that were location independent, great product and team. I always looked at them as a motivation. But nowadays there are much more companies that would fit that description :)
CS degree
Did it become a prerequisite on the market to land a new job? After several calls with recruiters seems like companies are hunting for people with a degree in the field. And sceptical about self-taught developers and bootcamp alumni. Any thoughts on that?

It depends and differs between companies. This is probably due to the increase of new software developers in the market, and perhaps some companies try to filter out the good candidates based on that input. But I personally know a lot of self-taught developers that are working in different companies and doing better than the ones with the degree :)
