Got a "paid trial" client but have some questions! Thanks for your help
Hey guys, I just finished all the training and I have a couple of questions. I was hoping to find some answers here! 1. So, in one of the videos, it mentions briefly that when we get a hold of our client's database, our first message should be something introductory, like "Hey, this is {{your_clients.name}} from {{location.name}}. Is this "Carlos"? I just wanted to verify I have your info correctly and that this is still your number. Reply YES to confirm." Or something along those lines. Is anybody implementing this? And if so, what do you do with those contacts who do not reply? Am I supposed to DND them? 2. Once we start running the DR offers, the videos say we're supposed to clean up the database as contacts do not engage, reply, or buy from our clients. But it doesn't really go into detail on how many "cycles" before we start DNDing them. AKA, after how many promotions where the client did not engage should I DND them? 3. When it comes to the Highlevel conversation bot, has anybody given that a try lately to see if that's capable enough yet? The last update to that video was in October last year so I was wondering if anyone is having any success with it and how you implemented it. (I am currently offering my first "client" a paid trial in exchange for a testimony and they are supposed to give me their database file on Monday, so I'd really appreciate some help here!
