Do you fallow your biological clock to maximize performance of your body and mind ?
Our body has a biological clock, which helps us perform better. Our mind and body can be better do response for daily routine, if we set up correct hours for these activities. Sometimes it’s based on your genetics type. For simple example, sleep time. If we all the time set up alarm and go to bed same time. What’s can be happened ?! You can find you wake up on weekends same time without alarm or you can feel sleepy, if you pass time of your bed and still doing activities. In same way work other areas of body ( stomach, physical activities, work productivity, creativity and etc) Let me know if you interesting to know more about, how to maximize your potential performance by biological clock.
