Great month! Slow at getting meals and routine in place, but 2inchess off belly is a WIN in my opinion. More energy, more mobility and taking advatange of slow mornings is my new fave thing to do.

Reminder For Group Call
Hi ladies! For those who are enrolled in the 60-Day Shed or VIP course, our weekly call will be scheduled as usual this upcoming Wednesday from 6-7pm. This week we’re doing something a little different… we’re doing a live full body strength workout! All you need is a mat, a booty band if you have one (optional) and comfy clothes. Excited to get our sweat on together and build strength! See you tomorrow.
