Good evening brothers. Hope everyone had a blessed day! Green Bay won, so I’m good! So my question is, has anyone lost a significant amount of weight? If so, how did you accomplish this? I’m looking to weight and I have been but it’s a very slow process for me. I need to lose around 40 - 50 lbs to be at my “ideal” weight according to my dr.
