Excited to join this group — I'm Isaiah Trego, I run Tregoxdigital.finace out of Sacramento, sourcing off-market deals through motivated-seller channels and assigning them to investors across Northern California. Just got my first property under contract in Stockton, and right now I'm focused on building out my cash buyers list and my network of sourcing agents. My goal here is simple getting connected with active cash buyers who have a clear buy-box, and build relationships with other wholesalers and investors for consistent deal flow.
