This one challenged me. No faces. No dramatic moments. No explanation. Just a brass doorknob from a child’s point of view and a single line: “I learned to read the weather in your voice before I learned to read.” I’ve been exploring how little you can show while still saying everything. Sometimes the audience does the rest of the storytelling. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this approach. Does restraint make the emotion hit harder?

Fun way to spend a Saturday morning, doing a podcast to promote our show! Most vertical dramas are filmed with real actors and real film crews. We wanted people to know our show is a mixture of people and AI. We had tried to do the podcast before during the local SoFi Stadium World Cup game and it was cut short but this time we got to do the whole thing. Start frame images were all made with ChatGPT. The animation was made 100% with Google Flow Veo3.1 and took 45 renders [900 credits]. The intro music was from ElevenLabs. End captions were added in post. Edited this one with wave.video but normally I use Premiere. I have done a lot of interview shows before so I didn't use a script for this one but just wrote it based on what is happening and what I know. I hope you like it!
