My Favorite Calendar Reminder App To Draw Live Attendance
Do you know one of the easiest ways to get butts to your live events is using calendar reminders? Right? Finding a free service with easy to implement tech is hard to find at times. And then thereโ€™s AddCal.co This beauty is two-fold: - customer (not you) can read your announcement and click on their preferred calendar service to add your event to their calendar (Gmail, outlook, etc) - You can create an event on addcal and share the associated calendar links to your audience And now addcal is getting fancier with their analytics ๐Ÿ‘‡ The service is free, and all you need to do is to create your events and share the links. How do I use this? - In my emails! - Social posts - Basically anywhere you want to enable and make it easier for someone to add your event to their calendar Remember, not everyone is on Skool and not all of your events need to be hosted inside the Skool live video service. My monthly Journey with the Stars event is publicized on meetup, via email and inside my Skool calendar. What tools do you use regularly to enable audience participation and engagement? Share yours! no affiliate links though ๐Ÿ˜€ Ps addcal has no affiliate program ๐Ÿ˜ข

Oohโ€ฆ thanks for sharing this @Carolina Velis. Such an awesome idea!
Delete Button Race
I just removed over 10 people from this community. Why? I have a rule: if your profile says "hi", or "x", or "my name is"... AND you haven't posted in ANY groups, you're likely not a candidate who can benefit from Skool at this time. Why join a Skool to build Skools if you're not actually doing the minimum? I had forgotten to do this housekeeping in this community, and it was time!! Remember, friend, you don't need the world in your community. You need aligned people. Find them. What's your delete rule? Are you removing old and stagnant content? VIP has access to #Why Retention Is the Real Growth Strategy - and in that, I mention that deleting content, removing people, or declining join requests is not a bad thing. It's good! Only allow aligned peeps into your world, and only maintain content that is relevant. ---> Let's discuss in the comments!

Yeah... I have a lot of members who never engage and are still at level one... many who are barely on the platform... @Carolina Velis Did you message them first or just boot out?

@Carolina Velis yeah totally get that! We want real people inside, otherwise whatโ€™s the point?!
Welcome new friends!
Thank you for joining us in our community for building worlds in a sustainable and heart-centered way! Please introduce yourself, and comment for quick access to our Skool building challenge. @Andrea Salzmann --- new to being a Skool host @Vatsala Vaid - learning too! @Karyn Brown helps women 45+ break out of fear @Erica M Founder Of Jazzy Creative @Holly Barrows - experiencing life @Paola De La Concha ZIndel - sound healer! @Raegan Ray Helping busy moms earn a passive income online Here's where to start ๐Ÿ‘‡ 1. Head to the Classroom Start with Is Skool Right For You? โ€” it'll save you from building the wrong thing. Then grab Skool SEO Basics once you hit Level 2. Both are free. 2. Show up in the feed -->> This isn't a course platform you log into once and forget. The people here are building in real time. Engage, ask questions, share wins. That's where the good stuff happens. 3. Come to Coffee Hour ---> biweekly, we gather for real talk about what's working, what isn't, and what we're figuring out together. Check the Calendar tab for the next one. ๐ŸŽฏ One thing I want you to know: Everything I teach here, I've either done in my own communities OR have researched the f'ed out of it and gathered the winning gems for you. @Carolina Velis I write on Substack and via email... but tbh, haven't really been shouting from the rooftops about it!

@Carolina Velis Ooh... haven't done dedicated posts for the community... that's a good idea! No call out block either... so I'll work on that. So far my writing has been transmissions / insights, however I'll be also starting a podcast on there which links to Skool. I'm all for experimenting!
