Although you paid a high price, that is what they are going for currently. I believe it will be like the new Zard. It might only dip once then keep going up. I would definitely hold. I just got this card but in Japanese. I think it’s in the category with the new Zard, and Dragonite, probably the best art of this Pokemon yet and I believe it will do crazy numbers in a few years. As far as whiting, you’ll have to deal with it because grading companies will ding the card if you have a repair person paint it

Land- you can create a garden, with a green house. This is the most cost effective from the ideas I have. You’ll have fruits and veggies all year round.and can sell them. So you’ll be saving money and making money at the same time. Or, if your inventory is high, you can add several tiny homes made from large sheds or shipping containers, create a theme inside each home and rent them out Airbnb. Or if you have a big big inventory, create a parking lot for truckers.something that can hold 20-40 trucks @ $200-$300 a month. Clean, safe, cameras for security, a small building for the drivers to shower, rest, get food ect ect-This will be very expensive, But you’ll have a nice roi. 4K-12k a month depending on how many trucks rent.

@Patrick Dunn take the profits from the land and buy Pokémon 😂 but I understand what you mean. In my case I would buy 2 poncho pikachus and grade them. Or a few gold star that’s in good condition and grade them.
