Long-form to short-form
Any favorite (hands-off) tools for turning long form YouTube videos to short form Shorts and Reels without needing much editing on my part (like Descript requires). Bonus: if it will publish the clips for me to the different platforms. I've used Quso, and didn't love the clips or the customizing, but willing to go back if it's the only option.

@Fahad Khan I don't know repurpose io, but I've used Opus clip (paid) to schedule and auto publish the clips to multiple platforms.

YouTube shorts
I post one long form Video a week and then supporting shorts for that video during the week at 6pm. My views have been light so VidIQ is suggesting posting them between 3-5 pm is the peak time. Does anyone have any advice on this? Thank you in advance for your input.

Hi. Congratulations for your commitment to your success. I used to post 5 shorts a week clipped (Opus) from my live videopodcast. I scheduled the time of the shorts using YT studio stats (audience: when your viewers are on you tube). I followed that advice, although I'm not sure if timing is so influential on views. I think you can make tiny experiments every week and you'll find out the best approach for your channel and your audience. The most important thing is keep going...you know...marathon mindset.

I went LIVE for the first time!

Congratulations!! Going live is the one thing that makes me be consistent. I go live every week and it brings me simplicity (no editing) and accountability (subscribers are waiting for the scheduled live). Did you use a streaming Software?
