Hey Everybody!! My name is Isaac Baxter, and I just joined this group after Olivia Rogers told me about it! I moved down to Charlotte, NC back in April, and recently started training for the IM 70.3 in Rockford next June. I’ve got a pretty solid base on cycling and running, and just got back in the pool in the last few weeks. Any tips or tricks for approaching training for this event, or has anybody done this specific IM course? Any help/support is appreciated!
