Hey everyone! I'm Irving, founder of Cohabi and this community. 📍 Based in Southern California 🏠 I’ve personally managed 4 homes and 20+ roommates 🛠️ I built Cohabi to help automate the chaos of co-living. From rent reminders to roommate tasks and now I’m helping others scale their room rental business too. One of my biggest early challenges was finding other like-minded investors I could trust and grow with. Most of the landlord journey can feel lonely, but it doesn’t have to be. That’s part of why I started this space. 🎯 Fun fact: I bought my first property in 2019, filled the entire house with tenants… and slept in the living room myself 😅 That hustle gave me a few hundred dollars in monthly profit and let me save 100% of my software engineering salary. I’ve always been a minimalist, so it wasn’t long before I built a van and road-tripped across the U.S., eventually traveling to 35+ countries. Even now, I still travel thanks to having a flexible remote job and automated systems that keep my rentals running while I’m gone. Excited to meet you all, let’s build something powerful together! 💪🌍
