Monday's Thoughts
There’s something powerful about having a teacher who genuinely cares about your well-being — not just spiritually, but physically too. Dana, the creator of Mystic Flow Healing, doesn’t just speak in theory. She teaches us how to truly listen to our bodies and understand what they need. Because of her guidance, I started taking oil of oregano with black seed oil, and I even added ashwagandha to my routine. I didn’t make those choices randomly — I made them from a place of education and intention. I’m learning that healing isn’t just emotional or spiritual. It’s also about nourishing the body God gave us. And I’m so grateful to be in a space where that kind of wisdom is shared so freely. Today I spent time working on my root chakra homework inside the Mystic Flow Healing Skool community. As I reflected on questions like whether I feel safe and grounded, I used ChatGPT to help transcribe my thoughts in real time. Being able to speak freely and then see my words written out helped me slow down, stay present, and truly connect with what I was feeling in my body. It turned a simple reflection exercise into a moment of clarity, grounding, and self-awareness. I’m grateful for tools that support my healing journey and help me express my inner work with honesty and ease. Healing is happening—one reflection at a time.
