My annual filing has arrived and I was thinking to switch to MMLLC. Should I do the filing first and then the switch? Or vice versa? OOR, Can I switch via the annual report filing? Thanks!

@Paola Moreno thank you Paola, I did the annual report. Now I'll have to go through the switching to MMLLC stage. I guess by writing them a letter so my EIN remains the same.

@Damian Gaitan Oh shoot! Thanks for the input Damian https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wgt2Kq9KVM I thought from this video, going with any other way than the first one, I would not have to change EIN. Did I not get that correct then? Or is there something I'm missing?

@Oguzhan Atalay Evet ben de. Şimdilik Türkiye'ye yönelik tax işlemlerini tam rayına oturtamadım. Türkiye'ye az bir para transfer ederek radarın altında kalıyorum sadece. Sen bu konularda adım attın mı?
