With this, they started sending American companies cease and desist letters to stop selling SS-31 under the name of SS-31. If you have been around for a bit, you already know this occurred with Sema and Tirz from Ely Lilly and Novo Nordisk. That is why you will find these being sold, usually, under GLP-1 and GLP-2, plus a lot seen Reta getting close to FDA approvals so they also moved Reta to GLP-3. This will be the same thing that will happen with SS-31, in fact it has already started by smart companies getting ahead of the game before receiving their cease and desist letter.
