Since then I have been lurking on all your posts and responses, and it got me hooked on this market. Seriously, thanks for dropping so much great info and knowledge freely and openly. I’m out here in Phoenix, so I definitely owe you a few beers if we ever cross paths. A little background on us: I’m an engineer with a business/marketing background, and my girlfriend is a physician. We’re getting ready to launch a mobile med spa, starting out with IV hydration. Quick question. For the business setup, we’re going the MSO route—so I’ll own the MSO and she’ll own the medical PLLC side of things. Do you know any solid healthcare lawyers out here in Phoenix area who can help us draft the paperwork? We need someone who can dial in the operating agreements, corporate structure, medical director agreement, consent forms, and standing orders/protocols. I already have some templates but want legal eyes to go over them. Also, are there any IV or med spa groups or clubs out here where people actually hang out and network here in Phoenix? I know you mentioned the American IV Association before (in one of Redditt posts), but it looks like almost all their events is out in Florida. Anything similar happening locally in the Phoenix/AZ area? Appreciate you, cannot wait to go over your courses!
