Take a real look at what happened in Q1 so you can move into Q2 with intention. Q2 is not about starting over. It’s about adjusting, refining, and continuing with more clarity. Better checkpoints, better focus, better execution, better systems. I'd suggest everyone here take a few minutes today or at the latest next weekend and actually sit down with this (don't wait, please). Not just watching the video, but applying it.
