Hello, I been interested in wholesaling since 2020 but I have not action anything at all due to demanding job/life but I’m ready to use to wholesale as my entry to building wealth and eventually do as Max and become developer ( I want to become developer in my home country ). I’m nervous on start because of the following reasons: 1. Finding the right deal/seller 2. Fully understanding contractual conditions of seller/buyer agreement 3. Finding the right buyer and/nor pitching to the buyer.
