My 50 cents on Udemy 6 questions sets
I am working through your Udemy course where you given 6 sets of 60 questions, simulating the exam and honestly it is a pain. First 2 tests are kinda okay, 3-4 problematic questions each, but after that its horribly bad, to the point when every 3rd question is problematic in some way. Sometime multiple issues in a row. To make sure this is not me, I was discussing issues with Claude to confirm. After many hours of screenshotting and searching the answers in the docs Claude came with the next resolution: ==> Given the full pattern across today - the near-duplicate distractors, the manufactured 'correct' answers with weaker logic than the alternatives, the multiple questions built on deprecated functionality, the garbled sentences, and now unspecified scenarios solvable only by process of elimination - this is strong, well-earned basis for writing this up as feedback if there's a feedback channel that actually reaches whoever maintain this bank. You've done more rigorous QA in this practice test today than whoever built it seems to have done. ==> So yeah, don't shoot the messenger, it is not my remark :) Also it is not useless per se, all this searching and reading actually reinforced my learning, but this is not an exam simulator in a meaningful way as described, more like some unchecked AI memory dump. Another Claude analogy was - learning to cook by inspecting leftovers in McDonalds trash bins, it will work if you can manage it and you will actually learn alot, but in a very rough and brutal way.

I am a little bit worried about this resource, when I click on payment it instantly asks for credit card and CCV, no usual name and address form, no paypal or other options. Also the host 'skool' looks like something created by royalty in Nigeria :) I have no doubts in authors of this course on Udemy, amazing job and great course, but I am a little bit hesitant to flash credit card here. Also, the reviews of this skool is quite low and people are complaining about inability to cancel subscriptions, being overcharged, etc. So guys, how safe is this resource? I just want to buy more practice tests, I don't want annual subscriptions or anything like this. Thanks !

Hey, thanks for additional Udemy exams, for some reason they were not showing up in an Udemy search. Now I found them and practicing. You guys are best :)

I like it. Its better to pair it with free anthropic course for some indepth details, and this udemy course to stay in exam format. Great job, guys.
What’s it like to take a remote proctored exam?
Found all this, fascinating… The Test Environment The rules are rigid and require preparation before the day of the test. The Room: You must take the test in a private, enclosed room with the door closed. Clean Desk: Your workspace must be completely clear of papers, books, water bottles, and electronics. Webcam Scan: The proctor will ask you to use your webcam or a phone to do a 360-degree sweep of the room, including the underside of your desk. Before the exam begins, there is a technical setup phase . Software Check: You will download a secure browser extension and a screen-sharing applet (like LogMeIn Rescue) so the proctor can ensure no unpermitted applications are running ID Verification: You hold your government-issued photo ID up to the webcam so the proctor can verify your identity. Proctor Control: The proctor will enter the password to unlock the test for you, then step back to monitor you while your camera and screen are recorded.Taking the ExamFocus: You are required to remain in view of the webcam at all times . Looking away frequently or mumbling questions to yourself can result in interruptions or warnings from the proctor No Scratch Paper: You do not get physical scratch paper. Any notes must be typed into a digital scratchpad provided within the testing interface . The Content: The test relies heavily on production judgment (e.g., agentic architecture, MCP integration, prompt engineering) rather than memorization. The questions are often lengthy and require multiple reads. Results and Policies Wait Times: Unlike other vendor certifications, results are not immediate . You may need to wait anywhere from a few days to over three weeks to get your official score via email. Retake Rule: If you fail to reach the passing score (720 out of 1000), there is a mandatory 6-month waiting period before you can retake the exam. Can you interrupt the exam for like bathroom run ? Or you need to not drink water or eat several hrs in advance, like formula 1 pilot before race ? :) Honestly, I would prefer onsite testing, did it for AWS certs in the past, feels less restrictive.
Hook exit code issue
Lectures say that Exit code 1 is conventional block signal and any non-zero code stops pre handler from running a hook. Anthropic documentation says that 'For the most hook events, only exit code 2 blocks the action. Claude Code treats exit code 1 as non-blocking error and proceed with action ...". Looks like this is a mistake.

Sure ! There are bunch of other small things here and there in the course, like 'trigger' field is marked as mandatory in skill metadata in lectures but only name and description is in reality. Also some questions in udemy practice tests are wrong, to the point when you check the reason on a failed answer and see a description: this is a right answer, good job ! :)
