The end of the milk marathon
I am at the tail end of my breastfeeding journey and trying to be intentional with how I use the moments I have gained back each day as well as attempting to have awareness of the hormonal fluctuations I am going through. Any tips on how to better organize my blips of "free time" (as in not having a boob gremlin latched). I am working towards more intentional movement and would love to add writing now that I discovered the Magical Melynda again!
