II've been on Skool for the past 1.5 years. I started by helping AI communities convert free members into paid members on a commission-based model. Over time, I expanded into community management and growth operations, helping multiple paid communities scale, improve engagement, and grow their memberships. Now I'm taking the next step. Instead of working only with creators already on Skool, I'm focusing on helping creators with established audiences launch and grow successful Skool communities. My goal is to build this into a long-term agency. I'm looking for someone to join me as a co-founder/growth partner who enjoys sales, copywriting, and outreach (cold email & cold DM). This isn't a traditional job or a salaried position—it's an opportunity to build something together from the ground up.
