Confidence in your knowledge and skills 2. Leadership and mentoring opportunities 3. Recognition and influence in your field Being a podcaster host and guest is a mix of all this if you focus too hard on being the expert you'll never grow to greater understandings, if you are always out of your comfort zone you will never feel like you know anything. That being said being able to blend all of it successfully will result in several forms of growth that will not only improve your brand but also allow you to be of real use to others.

Hey people, it has been quite a while since I was in here and talking about creating a podcast to go alongside my coaching business... Long story short I stopped as it wasn't a priority and my coaching business started to take off and so my time was limited... However, now I am back to make a start again, and my podcast idea has spread to be a co-host with members of a Mastermind group I am in, we are going to be chatting about our journeys as coaches and the world of coaching, good and bad... We are going to be launching on 02/04/24 and are just in the process of going through the Podcast Profit Lab to ensure we have everything nailed down... We would love to have any coaches on here as guests, to talk about their story and journey of being a coach, but when the time is right I will reach out on here again 🙂
