Has anyone used the 12 usc 411 process yet ?

A quick 5 min status correction to start everyone off with, is by changing the way you sign for everything. Everyone should at the very least start off by putting “ By: “ Before your signature and putting beneficiary afterwards since you are the beneficiary of the constructive trust created at birth. Also, Since fraud vitiates all contracts, no one truly consented to giving up their sovereignty due to no full disclosure. Just the mere acknowledgment of being a beneficiary is the acknowledgment of a trust and due process and a trial by a jury of your peers will do the rest. So from now on, for as long as you live, unless you’re specifically acting as a Trustee for a specific purpose such as myself and my Mentees are through my 90 Day Mentee Program, you are better off by signing as Beneficiary for the rest of your life. Rebut the presumption of liability and become the beneficiary. This is a Free and Simple status change done in exclusive equity.
