Intro
Hows it going everyone, I've been selling on Amazon since August 2023, currently at 135k in lifetime sales. Biggest struggle right now is keeping up with admin work and limiting leakage. I need to master these areas so that I can setup SOPs and hire a VA to do this repetitive work and free up more of my time for higher level tasks like sourcing. Always open to network.

Very general answer-Once they receive the return they determine if its sellable vs unsellable. If unsellable it gets marked as unfulfillable inventory, from there you can have the item disposed of, liquidated, or returned to you. If it is sellable it is supposed to go back into your inventory and be available for purchase. Hope this helps
