Ah i like that train of thought!
Powering Your Tiny Home:
- There are a myriad of common and exotic ways to heat/cool & power your Tiny Home; solar, wind, NG, LP gas, Grid, Hydrogen, wood fire, etc.  We prefer sticking with readily available and easily modifiable power sources; Solar, propane, and wood Fire. - Solar: No matter your location (above ground) there will be some UV rays reaching your panels; translating into power for your home and charge for your batteries. It is becoming far more prevalent and easier to install on your home or trailer. Most systems can be “stacked” or “daisy chained”; allowing for minimal initial investment. But still allowing for growth of your system down the road if needed, adding batteries or extra panels. - Propane: Also know as LP gas, this is can be an efficient way to run your large appliances; refrigerator, stove/range, heater, washer dryer, & on demand water heater. For these specific appliances, where producing heat is the goal, propane (or NG) is the most efficient souce.  - Wood Stove: For a tiny home, wood heat will provide comfort and is definitely the most affordable option for heating your home. Comment what Type of Heat source you prefer!!!
