Thinking about the Color Crew makes me think about energy and how everythingโs made of it - the vibration of life and the spookiness of all the empty space surrounding oneโs subjective โrealityโ. W- Thom reminds me of a time when I was 15 in high school sitting in the stands of a football game with my baritone in the marching band. I sat there looking at the field with stadium flood lights on hearing the cheers and jeers of the crowd, and I remember being lost in my mind excitedly sharing with the kids around me how none of this really exists and everything is simply particles of energy. As a musician, frequency has always resonated with me. And the nodes of energy conjoining colour, music, environment and perceived reality simply captivates my mind from the essence of soul to quantum mechanics, psychology to biology, Thomโs pursuit of knowledge and passion for the physical and metaphysical brought me through the door, and the rest of history! H: Iโm an intrinsic learner. Nothing is closer to my identity than creation itself. Iโm never satisfied with an answer at face value. I always have to know โwhyโ, and youโll find me grappling with the pursuit of knowledge. From game theory to Jung, organizational design to gnostics, the Bible to the singularity - I cover it. Iโm always attempting to link and assemble the blocks to combine the next iteration of truth. Always. Y: Iโve been in charge of organisations solidly since I was 17. Iโm currently fascinated by decision-making and the implications of how technology is compressing the world; namely the impact on purpose and identity. I see a storm approaching and many people will be uprooted with it. As a consultant, I build organizations through learning, experimenting and observing - but the greatest opportunity I see is for people to make cleaner decisions. Garbage in, garbage out. It doesnโt matter what framework you stick it in afterwards if it half-baked - so thatโs what I am passionate about. To have a better life, you need to make better decisions.
