🎯90-Day Challenge | Commitment 90-Day Self-Improvement Challenge: Growing mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually & financially.(Start slow, stay consistent — pray 5 times + Tahajjud + quran recitation, meditate 10 mins, workout daily, sleep 7hrs, eat clean no gluten, and journal every day. Spend 5–6 hrs on Logo & Brand Identity Design to hit $500 in 30–60 days, 3–4 hrs on Skool learning, and 1 hrs on English(for better communication). Wake up by 12–1 AM) 🌙 𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐋𝐨𝐠: 10:00 PM – 3:00 AM Nap: 2 hours Total sleep: 7 hours ⏰ Daily Routine & Time Use 🌄 Morning Routine 3:00 – 8:00 →Freshen up + prayed Tahajjud + recitation of Quran + logo design practice + prayed fajar and done my breakfast 8:00 – 10:00 →Do some home chores + Helped my mother in kitchen 10:00 – 12:00 → Again logo design pracice and submit in contest 12:00 – 1:30 → workout + took a shower 💻 Work & Learning 1:30 – 2:30 → prayed Zuhr + Quran recitation with translation 2:30 – 3:00 → Lunch time 3:00 – 5:00 → took a nap 5:30 – 6:30 → Prayed Asar Namaz+ out door walk + MY nephew came back at homme, spend time with him 6:30 – 9:00 → magrib namaz + prepared dinner + had 🍽️ Dinner + Isha prayer + make notes of signs of low Alpha 9:00 – 9:30 → Spend time with ama and go for a sleep 🕌 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳 & 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤: Tahajjud: ✅ Alhamdulillah Fajr: ✅ Zuhr: ✅ Asr: ✅ Maghrib: ✅ Isha: ✅ ✨ Key Reminder: "I didn't choose this path for comfort — I chose it for growth, freedom, and meaning."
