What's up bro. Good job gettin' out there and getting your hands dirty. couple things to dial up- 1. Shot Pacing - each activity only needs 3-5 clips that are 1 second each. Daniel's day in the life's are a great source to pull from when it comes to shot timing and pacing. The morning potion segment and meal prep segment goes on way long, and around 1/3 of the whole video is just your morning. Realistically, your morning shake and prepping cream of rice are gonna be the least interesting parts of the whole video, and right now they're the main focus of the first segment 2. Curiosity loop - you want to give the people a reason to watch further into the day, something for them to be "curious" about. For example "how I hit all my college classes and still mog as a bodybuilder", or "Building an Arnold (or whoever) physique without sacrificing my GPA.. or relationship". Or an outcome based hook - "if I miss one item on my schedule today, everything falls behind.." The thing is you've got great content for day in the lifes. Packed day, juggling upkeeping the fitness during classes, work, AND a relationship.. "day in the life of a bodybuilder in college" doesn't pack all that suspense and difficulty into the story fast enough. Good thing is the hard part, having an interesting life, you've already accomplished, just gotta get the pacing and framing dialed in!
Day 16 Homework
I don't have any affiliate links at the moment but I did want to set up an intro message for my new followers! I figured everybody would start with a "Thanks for following" so I decided to be a bit silly and hopefully get some engagement that way! Will probably change this message 4 times over but let me know what you think! @Michael Lennertz

Day 11 Homework
Reel 1 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DVpkrObjsoE/?igsh=ZXBlajA0eTVxNTNx Relatable because we all lay awake at night before we go to sleep, caption hit because who doesn’t love a white monster Reel 2 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DU9MPpMkowB/?igsh=OWJqc2phMmlwbWg4 Relatable because anyone in a relationship has had to do exactly this before. Call the wife, not get an answer, and then elect to get nothing until told otherwise Reel 3 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DVzufsAkbWi/?igsh=d2FuemtwcmFiYjln Visual of driving down a misty road early in the morning, shitty 2000s rock is making a comeback so iris is considered a banger now, and everyone screen peaked at nuke town on black ops. Reel 4 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DV2Ttl4DeT8/?igsh=Mjd3aHNvbTEyNnZl “Check this out” is a verbal hook, caption “CEO of redbull taught me this” is paired with a redbull party trick to open in the center instead of on the tab. Overhead camera angle Reel 5 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTTi6tojurv/?igsh=Z3A2cG9xYnRzOWwx Hook in the caption: “Mechanic: that’ll be $650 for new brakes” Visual hook: swinging a ratchet strap like a lasso outside of the sun roof of a Beamer @Michael Lennertz

Day 5 Homework (part 3 lol)
I didn't get any real thought-provoking questions. Shout out to my IG Nerd, @Bianca Mahadevan , for asking me one of two real questions lmfao 1 question i got (it was in brazilian portuguese), someone asked: - A tip for somebody that wants to gain weight without saying "eating" - https://www.instagram.com/stories/723.co/3856796013898325707/ I answered with a still photo, listed 10 tips. One tip being peptides. I've been hinting at peptides this entire week. My questions weren't really that thought provoking, they were pretty straight forward. But I will say that my 3 answered questions did gain A LOT of story replies (20+ replies!!) -- basically ppl begging me to tell them where i get/got my peptides + how to order/ etc. So i think my audience literally fed me my content focus for the next few weeks.

Awesome! Be careful with the pep content, use codewords, I've had a few clients have issues with IG restrictions for speaking openly about peps/gear (IG treats the damn near the same). You are correct about people eating up the content though so def a valid niche
