Eyes Out
Been thinking about objectives for Team 5. A training objective that we all can tackle, that isn't dependent on physical well being or free time. Situational awareness. The first line in prrotecting ourselves and others, is being aware of the threats. As you go about life this month have your eyes out. When you walk in to a cafe, coffee shop, store, office what are the first things to know? 1 Are there other entrances/exits that a threat could use to approach? That you can use to get you and loved ones out of in case of danger. 2 Who is there? Any obvious bad characters? Folks in odd clothing for weather or season. Hoodies or big coats durring the summer in Texas? Folks exhibting bizare behavor? Folks having heath issues? 3 Plan to exfil the area if something happens. 1st, 2nd and 3rd options. 4 Where do you land? Can you see all the threats from your table? Is your seat easily available to your exit routes? Obective is to become more aware. Not to plan is a plan for failure. "Be polite, be proffessional, but have a plan to kill everyone in the room" Gen Mattis. Semper Gumby!

Man, I am listening to a Seals book right now and he has been talking about this some things to the tee! I have always been like this but he has said some things I never thought about! I have to relisten to this section when I am done and I will post some things he said when finished. Have a great day guys! I prayed for you all this morning! Blessings, H

The real test
I have worn our team shirts a number of times; today is the real test for me with a dry fit shirt. All day, working, outside in the desert. Let's see what happens.

I work in mine all the time. The wick sweat really well and don't get heavy like cotton shirts.

@Woody Woodard No, they don't work for that. But they don't get heavy like cotton shirts do. I am going to get some regular ones made once I get caught up opening shop and I will let everyone know.
T-Shirts
Hey guys, I got the shirts on Saturday. I am helping Instructor Alan Baker tonight but will try to get them boxed up on Tuesday night and sent to you on Wednesday. Have a great week.

APRIL TEAMS TOL FORM
Hey guys, Attached is the April Team Objective Form I made for this month. There are three pages one for each level. If everyone could review and let me know if it needs any changes. I tried to be a thorough as I could, but I am not perfect! Have a great day.
