Hey guys, Here is the TOL for this month. I will be posting it on the main site for everyone there to use as they see fit. Please remember to look at the documents that were sent as well. I don't think I missed anything this time, but there are two levels and things are different for different days. I chose to include the off days in red for those of you like me that don't do anything the easy way. I rucked over 12 miles just Saturday and Sunday this past weekend with an 18.6-pound pack and have been doing 1-3 miles with it for over 3 weeks now. I also spent two hours a day at one range Saturday and Sunday and 1 hour at another on Sunday with my rifle. so, I am not bragging just trying to get ready for FMTI class this next week and trying to get into the best shape of my life after losing 106-pounds. I lost a lot of muscle, and this is helping me get it back. You do you as it states on my form and the others. By the way, my wife says I'm a bit crazy! Good morning, Team, Attached below is the Team V Shirts we have designed. They will be a light weight Quick Dri T-shirt. I am going to talk to shirt company today and see how they want to handle delivery. I believe they can be ordered through their website and sent directly to you. But if not, I will send in order and then deliver to you from there. I will let you know the details before we decide how to collect your sizes and quantities later today. The dry-fit shirts I figured would be the best because of our Texas heat and I am sure we will be competing in May and put to the test with the monthly goals we have been doing. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions. The cost for the shirts is $11.00each. This is a lifelong friend and is cutting us a huge deal on these. They may be slightly more and have some freight attached if they send them to your homes directly, but we will work that out later once I know how we are going to order. Good morning, Team, V, Been up since 1:42 This morning. Did two stretches, my sit-ups, push-ups and walked a little over a mile this morning. After that I spent some time with the Lord and prayed for you. I had an amazing Bible study this morning and just wanted to share. BE WARNED IT IS NOT SHORT. But it is good and I needed to hear it so I thought I would share with you to admonish and encourage you. I have been reading the book of 1 Corinthians line by line, precept upon precept and Chapter 10 just this part hit like a ton of bricks but encouraged me as well. So here we go! 1 Corinthians 10:4-13 (NKJV) 4 and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ. 5 But with most of them God was not well pleased, for their bodies were scattered in the wilderness. 6 Now these things became our examples, to the intent that we should not lust after evil things as they also lusted. 7 And do not become idolaters as were some of them.
