Client Intake Forms: A Better Way to Quote Accurately
Iโ€™m looking for a form or questionnaire that can help me gather requirements from potential customers, making it easier to provide an accurate quote.

Do we have any suggested structured question lists?
Vapi or retell?
Hi so Iโ€™ve built my first ai voice agent using vapi with integrations using make to send notifications through yahoo mail and WhatsApp. Iโ€™ve see mention of using retell instead of vapi. What is the consensus here? Is one better / easier than the other? If its use case dependent what are the scenarios when one is preferred over the other? Cheers

I found Retell may support more unpopular languages
Need help on multiple languages support
Hi everyone โ€” Iโ€™m looking for advice on how to support multiple languages (at least English, Cantonese, and Mandarin) in a voice agent. Iโ€™m currently building a healthcare voice agent demo and Iโ€™ve been testing it with Vapi, but the Cantonese (zh-HK) speaking quality is still very poor. Iโ€™ve tried several different LLMs and configurations, but Iโ€™m not getting good results. Since both Cantonese and Mandarin are chinese language, so the Voice Agent always mess them up. What confuses me is that Iโ€™ve tested other online demos, and their Cantonese voice agents sound very natural and fluent, so I believe this should be achievable โ€” I just havenโ€™t found the right approach yet. If anyone has recommendations on: - the best TTS / voice model for Cantonese - the best setup / pipeline for multi-language voice agents Iโ€™d really appreciate your guidance. Thanks in advance!

I tried the retell with Cantonese. It seems work well. However, if I select multilingual, it couldn't be smart enough to switch between English, Cantonese and Mandarin based on the caller. Do you have any recommendation?

@Haseeb Ahmed Thanks for your response. My original plan was using GHL + Vapi (or retellai or something else). Not sure if it is a good combination. For your recommendation (detect the input language first โ†’ route to the corresponding TTS model โ†’ then feed it to your voice agent.), should the detection part happens inside the GHL or Vapi?
Hello Everyone!
My name is Joe. Iโ€™ve been consulting in the integration and automation space for over 20 years. Recently, I am planning to start an AI agency with my partner, who runs a marketing agency, and weโ€™re introducing AI-powered services to his existing clients. Right now, Iโ€™m building my first demo project (an AI virtual receptionist for a dental clinic) using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Vapi. Iโ€™m excited to learn from the experts in this community and would really appreciate any tips, feedback, or best practices youโ€™re willing to share.
