Seeing What Repeats š This week is all about awareness. Before anything can change, we have to clearly see whatās happening. š§ Section 1: Current Patterns Whatās happening in your life right now Take a moment to reflect: - What emotional or behavioral patterns keep showing up? š - When do you tend to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or reactive? - What situations usually trigger this? ā” š§ Section 2: Where it may have started How this pattern formed over time Take it step by step: - When is the earliest time you remember feeling this way? š°ļø - What did you usually do in those moments? - Back then, how did you explain what was happening? - What did you start believing about yourself because of it? š§ Section 3: Why it stuck What kept this pattern going Reflect: - How did this way of reacting help you at the time? š¤ - What did it protect you from (conflict, rejection, failure, etc.)? - How was it reinforced over time (people, outcomes, repetition)? š” Reminder These patterns didnāt come out of nowhere. At some point, they made sense and served a purposeāeven if they donāt help anymore. The goal isnāt judgmentāitās understanding. Awareness is the first step to change š
