When a reel goes viral
When a reel goes viral- you never know what will catch people attention! We are in the middle of this today. We posted a video yesterday and it has gotten over 3000 views in 5 hours. This is incredibly exciting to see and watch the numbers. HOWEVER: this only has gotten : 17 hearts 4 comments 10 shares 7.5% are followers 92.5% are not followers This generated only 1 new follower! So now is a great time to follow the links to see that everything is in place to convert to the views leading to the website then generating sales. It is a bit disheartening that the views are not leading to likes and followers. But we are using this a great training to tweak and as an encouragement to keep posting!
SLOW progress is still ENCOURAGING!
Last week, I published my first post on Facebook in 3 years. The response was overwhelming. It really shocked me that people could be shaken up so much by a post! It was a personal post. I shared a bit about the ups and downs of the past 3 years. I was not expecting what that post would do. The overwhelm stopped me from posting the rest of my weekly posts out of sheer fear. Some results: 1. Over 200 people liked or hearted 2. At my last count, 50 people commented 3. 10 people DM me with their life stories 4. 9 people booked calls 5. Got 3 coaching clients from that post I'm not sharing to gloat. I'm sharing because I am overwhelmed and exhausted but grateful. ***How did I manage the nightmare of having to respond?*** 1. I made the list of all the comments and put it into ChatGPT, gave gpt options for my real reply and had it generate 6-7 different versions, which I then copy/pasted into each comment per person and personlized it according to the memories/ relationship connection I have with each person. 2. Prioritized the reply based on the length and depth of the comment I received. 3. I let the DMs know I read and received their msg and acknowledged their vulnerability and situation. 4. I will be sending short video replies to these persons and inviting to get on a call with me over the following week. ***Takeaway*** The power of our stories can really rock others for good or for bad. What we share is powerful, even if we feel stressed/ overwhelmed/ annoyed, we have to do this social media thing. We just need to keep at it and be authentic...and have a system in place. I'm still figuring out my system, and wanted to share the feedback of being vulnerable online. The steps above are what Ally and another wonderful lady shared in last week Friday's open coaching call. I added in the GPT assistance. It works. It took me 1 hour to reply to all comments. I will take 1 hour to schedule the video replies (script with GPT, hit record, send to each person)

@Melissa Ngui I just reread this post and want to thank you again for detailing the steps you took to follow up! It gives a perfect starting point for us to use when we have to reply to all the comments!
Happy Monday! Let’s get your ducks in a row!

@Maria Claudia Granovsky I also think you could choose a language you are most comfortable with that most of your audience understands ….. but now with tech. The translation is easier
Calendar help
Help! I'd love to see someone's weekly calendar, or at least get some tips, with how to fit it all in. I'm a full time teacher, 40 minute drive to work, make dinner every night, want to get a 30 minute workout in, and my dōTERRA business, too. Share all the tips!

@Vonda Morga As a teacher can you walk around the track during lunch or afterschool before the drive home to get a walk in? Or after dinner go on a walk after dinner? As you are driving listen to something uplifting, motivational, helpful. Maybe use voice note thing to take notes on any ideas that pop up during the drive that you want to remember.

@Vonda Morga yes I was thinking you could look like you are on official teaching mission and just walk the halls !!
Need Help!
I am trying to get to level 2 on my profile and was told if I comment on other posts and people's profiles I'll level up. But, I'm not seeing that, that's working... Any idea what else I need to do?
