Good morning! The book that I recommended was Go Higher. I am interested in reading the Self Awareness book that you have as well, it caught my eye and attention when you were talking about it. Sundays should work for me, except for 11/23, we will be wrapping up a show that day. What I did well this week was think of a new avenue for us to bring money in during the winter by still doing ar and act on it. We are doing "Paint Your Own Pottery" classes! What I'm working on this week is getting food processed that we have been gifted to help serve others that are in need and gearing up for the holiday shows we have coming up at the end of the month. What I am working to improve myself is not being so reactive when things happen to me. I'm working on pausing to think and reflecting on how my actions will effect others before reacting. It's not what happens to you but how you respond that makes all the difference. I'm looking forward to reading with you all!! Have a lovely week! 😊

This community is for those who feel silenced or HAVE felt silenced in the past. We are hear to UNCAGE our truths transform our pain into our POWER. This community is for those who WANT to face themselves and HEAL their lives. Here we are building bonds of trust and friendships that will last lifetimes. I will guide us in our process with online classes, Live streams opportunities to meet in person and ALL of it will be centered around using DANCE as our medicine! I teach multiple somatic modalities paired with dance to help us all connect with our bodies hearts and spirits and truly OURSELVES in a series of workshops and activities and interactive online CLASSES that you can take part in any time OR sign up for full blown courses! Hello everyone!!! 👋 I am really looking forward to being a part of this community with you! I live in Arkansas with my partner, Matt, and our dog, Bare Della Osa, and cat, Raja. As Kelsey mentioned we met at Convergence where I was vending at our booth, The Wilde Emporium. We rockhound across the U.S. finding crystals and other gems and work together making all of the products we sell at different vending opportunities throughout the year. I am an artist and Nature lover so I have combined my two passions and use flowers, botanicals, insects, butterflies and anything else that I find that's pretty and interesting in my art. I'm excited to get to know you all and learn more about the stories of each of you! P.S. I LOVE that you are Rocking with the mermaid!! 🧜♀️
