Catching up on videos today. I like how you talked about people promoting themselves to 4th Dan so they can be an instructor. Also always love to hear about history with direct knowledge form General Choi and President Choi. Taekwon!

Not TKD!!! 🛼. Rollerskating at my favorite place!!! The Malecon in Mazatlan, Mexico 🥰. Or TKD in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for World Cup 2015. The faces in the crowd were amusing!! 🙃🙂

Something for yourself this weekend!
It’s over in less than 24 hours… Before the weekend ends… Let’s all do ONE (more) thing for yourself! I’m heading down to my “lab” For a leg workout! What will you do? Pushups? Deep knee bends? A walk? Do one more thing for yourself and share what you did below so you can inspire the rest of us!

2018 World Championships in Argentina
2nd ITF World Championship in 2018! What a great experience! The Mrs and I both won gold together in Power Breaking! Coaching & Competing was a challenge, however, I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything!

@Chris Reid 😆 the medic’s look to me means she probably thought it was intentional and malicious but that’s not the case…… my opponent did me a favor and ran right into it. 🤷♀️
