Thank goodness there were no cameras everywhere when I was younger….. As a Gen X we ended a lot of disagreements with fist fights at the bus stop afterschool 🤪 I started TKD as an adult and wish my parents would’ve thought to put me in any martial arts when I was younger……… thanks for another great video Sir!

Great video Sir! I have been intermittent fasting on and off for years. Have recently done a few 24 and 48 hour fasts. Would like to work my way up to a 100hr fast as it is supposed to give a “full reset”.
