Facts! It isn't just performance issue... Also some things tend to work, if it's fixable... High Nitric Oxide foods like beetroot, spinach celery.... Helps in improving blood flow and it would also improve the erections. Pomegranates, watermelon (especially the white part consists of l citruline) Brisk walking for cardiac health Kegels for strengthening pelvic floor. I had a psychological ED (Porn induced ED) these things helped, might or might not work for others.
