I walked 1 hr per day, 20 push up minimum often 50. 20 situps minim often 50. 20 squats per day often 50. Sometimes curls and presses. Diet is just as important thos. Cut out juices, soda, energy drinks at least 80% Cut out processed foods at least 80% Cut out baked desserts at least 80% Cut out bread at least 80 % Cut out pizza at least 80% Brung food from home o replace all of this stuff. Mostly Boiled eggs, tuna and even canned beans. (rinse the beans before eating.) Salads from Walmart/truckstop/ Brocolli and/or spinance and other veggies from wherever you want to get them from.
