Hi everyone, i just joined and am really excited to get back into breathwork. This tool has been life changing for me and yet i still somehow forget about it for long periods 🤔. Im happy to be diving back into it with such an intentional community. I currently live in Seattle with my wife, 2yr old son, and 2 st Bernards although we're looking for an opportunity to live a little closer to nature outside of the city. I've had a few careers (US Army, corporate finance, private consultant) but these days im mainly a stay at home dad prioritizing time with my little guy in these first few years.
