There is someone in your niche. You know the one. The person posting screenshots of $30,000 months. The person getting hundreds of comments on every post. The person who seems to launch something new every week and somehow people just buy it. The person who makes it all look easy. And there you are. Trying to figure out why your latest post got 12 views. Wondering if anyone is even paying attention. Refreshing your notifications more often than you'd like to admit. Looking at their results and thinking maybe they got a manual you never received. Maybe everyone else understands something you don't. Maybe you're missing some secret piece of the puzzle. I've felt that way more times than I can count. For a long time, I thought those comparisons meant I wasn't doing enough. Not working hard enough. Not smart enough. Not consistent enough. But here's what I think now. Nothing is wrong with you. What's happening is that you're comparing your behind-the-scenes to someone else's highlight reel. You're measuring your first few chapters against someone else's chapter twenty. You don't know how long they've been doing this. You don't know how many failed offers came before the successful one. You don't know how many posts nobody saw. You don't know how many times they wanted to quit. And you definitely don't know what it cost them to get there. The comparison never tells you the whole story. It only shows you the gap. What actually matters is your own progress. Are you learning? Are you showing up? Do you understand more today than you did three months ago? Are you building skills that nobody can take away from you? Those are the questions worth asking. Because someone else's $30,000 month doesn't mean you're failing. It simply means they're on a different part of the journey. Stay focused on your lane. Keep learning. Keep posting. Keep improving. The people you're comparing yourself to were beginners once too. And one day, someone will be looking at your progress and wondering how you made it look so easy. πŸ’™

Well said. That happens all the time when you scroll through everybody else's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, whatever account. You see all the winners. You don't normally see the people that are struggling that are posting and telling about their struggles. I'm watching a webinar this week training on AI and building your own AI clones from Anik Singal. Last night he did something kind of like a fireside chat where he sat and talked for an hour and a half to two hours, sharing the story of the defeats that he's gone through from his early years up through the millions of dollars lost battles against government restrictions, all kinds of things. Most people don't share that stuff but he did. I'm always amazed by people that have those kinds of battles who have gone on for years trying to make it and talk about their defeats. What we see upfront are the victories that they're sharing through their webinars and their websites.

People are liking when I do my short one- to three- or four-minute videos, sitting out on my patio, speaking on a topic. I will continue to do at least one of those each day. Beginning June 1st, I have set up a promotional campaign where I will be posting content each day on LinkedIn, reaching an audience, telling them how they can be the CEO of their own business in the e-education digital products niche. Another thing that resonates with people, based upon the views and what's going on with engagement, is when I do a short introduction video on a topic. I take 15 to 30 seconds to introduce it and then introduce my avatars or AI twin, sometimes 3-4 of them, to complete the overview of the topic within a three-minute video.
This post from @Karina's Community resonated with me
One of our members, @Karina Sharp , shared something this week that really resonated with me. As I was reading her post, I found myself nodding along because I've been there too... and if I'm honest, there are still days when I feel like I'm there. She talked about something that doesn't get discussed enough: "π‡πžπ«πž'𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐑𝐒𝐧𝐠 𝐈 𝐰𝐒𝐬𝐑 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐨π₯𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐫π₯𝐒𝐞𝐫." 😐 I hear people all the time talking about buying their product & grabbing the affiliate link & promoting it for XYZ%.... My thing is.. who to? Who do I promote it to when I only have 200 followers & we know actually only 10% of those people will see it & of those 10% who actually trusts you enough to buy from you? πŸ€” I've been racking my brain to try grasp this concept or is it their strategy? I know there will be the random buyer that just happened to be looking for something at that exact moment & buys from you πŸ₯³ but is that enough to keep a beginner's hopes up enough to keep going? It's like the bathtub effect.. positive - negative - positive. You get a random sale, then nothing for weeks, then you buy another course (thing) to try fix what didn't work from the first thing you bought & you're off on a high till the next slump. .. anyway.. my point is.. as I get closer to 5k (& above) followers, the engagement has been crazy, like I can't physically reply to everyone like I have been. So, all the stressing about finding people has been in vain. I don't think anyone has actually said - IT WILL TAKE YOU 6 MONTHS TO GET ROLLING. So for the first 6 months just grow your page, grow your thing, don't worry about making, selling, all the things.. don't stress about it! Now, I have asked some skool owners directly how long it's taken them to get to 5k followers & when they honestly started making consistent sales. Some are very happy to tell me & some not so happy.🀨 I am also aware that there are some people that just get lucky so sure, its not a one size fits all. I just wish when I started my journey someone said to me : Karina, don't get to excited about making money, having a business plan or retiring for at least 6months. Geez it may have saved a few melt downs & moments of closing my laptop for good, screaming this isn't for me? Because now that i'm nearly 6 months in & finally getting people, people on my pages engaging, communicating with me & asking questions, like i'm an expert.. I can see the picture. Still have a long way to go because I have nothing to offer.. but I can see something!

Those quick success stories that others have are encouraging but at the same time can be discouraging. We have no idea what those people had when they started. Did they have some community? Did they have some people already following them that were waiting for a simple solution to their stress and frustration? I understand how that works. I built my first website in 1996. I started helping a friend of mine with his internet business in 2008 and since 2012 I have been trying to find an automated system to make money that would not only help me but help other people. My understanding of technology was probably my downfall but I'm finally getting to the place of having people in my community that understand that it takes time and it does. Most of the success stories in the WINS area are people who have been at it for a year to two years. Hang in there ladies. Don't quit, don't stop, don't stop believing in yourselves.

Jenelle asked me to share a little about my journey and what I'm building β€” and honestly I'm honoured because this community is where it all started for me. Jenelle was one of the very first people who helped me find my feet when I stumbled into this online world completely lost. 🀍 So here's my honest story. πŸ‘‡ I'm Suzie. 52 year old Australian tradeswoman. I run a building and renovation business with my husband by day. Mum of three. Nanna to twin boys. About 12 months ago my husband's health took a serious turn. Out of nowhere. And suddenly everything we had built our whole lives β€” built on two physical bodies showing up every single day β€” felt incredibly fragile. The thought of losing everything and what would become of us if we couldn't work. That fear is real. And honestly it still sits with me every single day and it's bloody scary.πŸ˜” So I started building something online. Not because I had it all figured out. Not because I had spare time β€” because between long days on the tools and hospital visits there is no spare time. But because I was scared. And scared people find a way. πŸ’ͺ I am actually coming up to my 6 month mark in this world of learning and building. I know others can build this a lot faster than me. But when you're coming home from 8 to 10 hour days on the tools β€” I am genuinely proud of how far I have come. Because I'm not just building. I'm learning it all at the same time. Every single day. From scratch. πŸ’ͺ I built a free Skool community called Work Boots to WiFi with Suzie β€” for people over 40 reinventing themselves online with no tech skills, no experience and no idea where to start. Why, because I want other's in my position to have some where to start. And I want to be honest β€” I haven't made a lot of money yet, as I've been busy building the founations. This is real life not a highlight reel. But what I HAVE built is trust. Real trust. With real people.

I love to read stories about people like Suzie, who, against all odds, are finding a way to build an online business. AI tools and systems are making it possible for people to do that now and digital products that you don't have to hold inventory is the way to build a business.

I had to be part of the group. Thank you for letting me through the gate. I'm interested in all aspects of being able to build a business online and help other people do the same.
